At Elite Outsourcing, we source CVs from the UK’s TOP online Job boards, in-house databases, search engines, online communities and groups for our Elite clients with the energies of highly capable Resourcers. Our Resourcers have been imparted ample training by the senior mentors to bring out the Finest results by putting in use their creative search strings and methodologies. We work Nonstop from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM Monday to Friday and sometimes even on Special Need Purposes during the weekends for our Elite clients to cater their special requirements.

A dedicated service for those clients who do not have enough time for contacting candidates for initial screenings, those who really wish to put their energies in broadening their Recruitment Business by meeting their prospective clients and setting business deals instead of just keeping their heads with phones and eyes on emails all the time looking for responses from candidates.
We have special expertise for this job and we keep them busy to do these things for you. They contact all the potential candidates via emails and making telephone calls for initial screenings by using a Customized Questionnaire, which is scripted for every role according to the requirements of our Elite Clients.
